Bobby J. Strain

Bobby J. Strain, 76, of Needville, TX, was born on Jan. 23, 1942 in Sapulpa, OK, left this life to be with his “Lord & Loved Ones” on Nov. 26, 2018.

A Visitation will be held at Brazos Bend Baptist Church, 22311 FM 762 Rd., Needville, TX 77461 on Fri., Nov. 30, 2018 from 9:30am to 11am with a Religious service being held at 11am. Rite of Committal will follow at Guy Cemetery.

Bobby J. Strain is preceded in death by his wife, Elize Strain; father, Chester “Earl” Strain; mother, Dora Mae Walker; brothers, Charles Strain, Chester Strain Jr., Herald “Bill” Strain, and Homer Strain; and stepdaughter, Martha Hodges.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his daughters, Peggy Grisham, Debbie Brock, Carolyn Jones, and Melissa Wilcoxson; son, Kemper Strain; stepson, Jack Merryman Jr.; his sisters, Susie Groomer and Beverly Hunter; along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends and other loved ones.

Mr. Strain was a Loving Father, Grandfather, Brother and Friend that will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
