David Avila Jr.

David Avila Jr., 26, of New Braunfels, TX., was born Sept. 28, 1992, and passed away on April 27, 2019.

Visitation will be held in the chapel of E.P. Compean Funeral Directors from 4:30pm to 8:00pm with a religious service beginning at 6:30pm on Fri., May 3, 2019.

Graveside service will be held on Fri., May 10, 2019, at 11:00am at San Antonio National Cemetery, 517 Paso Hondo St., San Antonio, TX.

He is survived by his loving parents, David and Margarita Avila; brothers, David Brandon Avila and Daniel Andrew Avila; aunts and uncles, Maria Eugenia DeLeon, Leticia DeLeon, Maria Elena DeLeon, Juan DeLeon, Nora DeLeon, Jorge Avila and Rebecca Medina; along with his brothers in arms.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the VOW 22.
