Deborah Nuttall Monk, 73, was born on November 17, 1950, and passed away peacefully November 19, 2023.
Debbie had a long and fulfilling career with Fort Bend County. She began her tenure on June 13, 1977, working as secretary in the District Attorney's Office for the late William A. "Bill" Meitzen. As she grew in her career, Debbie took her talents to the County Court at Law where she worked as Court Coordinator for Judge A. Reagan Clark. Debbie had an extra special ability to work with law enforcement, lawyers, and fellow county employees. She was resourceful, knowledgeable and maintained a professional disposition. Debbie utilized these skills in the 268th District Court, where she provided support for Judge A. Reagan Clark and Judge Brady Elliott until her retirement on July 15, 2016, celebrating 39 years of service with Fort Bend County. Debbie was a graduate of McKinney High School class of 1969.
Debbie enjoyed cooking, reading and spending time with her grandkids. She will be well remembered as a loving and devoted mother and special friend to many.
Deborah is preceded in death by son, Nathan Andrew Monk, parents, Arthur Edward Nuttall and Lilye Russell Nuttall; sisters, Rebecca Nuttall.
She is survived by her son, Randall Clark and wife Tiffani, grandchildren, Dylan, Kennedy and Blayne Clark; sister, Suzanne Nuttall; along with her nieces, nephews, friends and other loved ones.
The family will be privately laying Debbie to rest next to her son Nathan, in Needville Public Cemetery.
