Jesus Mendez

Jesus Mendez, 78, was born on Dec. 24, 1944, and passed away surrounded by his family on Dec. 14, 2023. 

Visitation will be held in the chapel of E.P. Compean Funeral Directors on Mon., Dec. 18, 2023, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm with a religious service beginning at @ 6:30pm.

Graveside service will be held on Tues., Dec. 19, 2023, at 10:00am at San Gabriel Annex, in Beasley, TX.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose Mendez and Julia Mendez; his brothers, Pole Mendez, Joe Mendez, Angel Mendez and Andres Mendez; his granddaughter, Destiny Uvalle.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories, his sons, Jesus David Mendez and wife Frances, Andres Mendez and Ruben Mendez; his daughter, Sandy Mendez and her husband Billy Wilson; his sister, Julia Mendez; 15 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other loved ones.
