Josephine “Josie” Knesek

Josephine “Josie” Jullina Knesek, 88, was born on Mar. 18, 1930, and passed away June 3, 2018.

Josephine was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be held in the chapel of E.P. Compean Funeral Directors on Tues., June 5, 2018, from 5pm to 7pm with a rosary being prayed @ 6:30pm.

A graveside service will be held on Wed., June 6, 2018, @ 10am @ Morton Cemetery, Richmond, TX.

Josephine is preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Knesek; her parents, J.J. and Verna Groda; brother, Kenneth Groda; sisters, Johnnie Wleczyk and Margie Firebaugh.

She leaves behind her sons, Gary Knesek and Rickey Knesek; daughter, Mary Brock and husband Randy; 6 loving grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; her cat, Orange; along with numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other loved ones.
