Petra Martinez

​Petra Martinez, 85, was born on June 29, 1933, and went to be with her “Lord & Loved Ones” on May 12, 2019.

​Visitation will be held in the chapel of E.P. Compean Funeral Directors on Wed., May 15, 2019, from 5:00pm to 8:30pm with a Rosary being prayed at 6:30pm.

​Funeral mass will be held on Thurs., May 16, 2019, at 10:00am

at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Rosenberg, TX.

​Interment will follow in Fulshear Cemetery, in Fulshear, Texas.

​Petra is preceded in death by her parents, Simon and Antonia (Reyes) Murillo; son, Louis Martinez.

​She is survived by her husband of 65years, Pedro Martinez; her sons, Pedro Martinez Jr. and wife Irma; Richard Martinez and wife Dora, Alfredo Martinez and wife Nora; daughters, Maria Startin and husband Dan, Mary Alice Martinez and husband Joe; sisters, Carmen Rodriguez and Raquel Sanchez; 14grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; along with her nieces, nephews, friends and other loved ones.
