Wanda "Patricia" Swallers

Wanda “Patricia” Swallers, 83, of Rosenberg, passed away on August 22, 2024. She was born on March 21, 1941, in Osceola, Arkansas, to Ralph and Velma Brawley. Patricia was a long-time carrier for the Fort Bend Herald.

 Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Sharon Engelhardt, son Dennis Fisher Jr, brother Steve Brawley, and grandson Austin Holliday.

 Survivors include her daughter, Denise Holliday; Sister Peggy Swallers, Sister Sandra Whittenberg, and Brother Gary Brawley and his wife Lou; grandchildren, Wendy Bittner and her husband Scott, Lindsey Evans and her husband Everette, Colby Holliday and his wife Cynthia, and Lauren Blanchfield and her husband Tyler; great grandchildren, Kaiden Bittner, Konnor Bittner, Kaylee Bittner, Kinsly Bittner, Alder Holliday, Rowen Blanchfield, Camden Blanchfield, and Mason Blanchfield ; along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.

 A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 26, 2024, at Davis Greenlawn in Rosenberg, Texas. 

Patricia was loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend that will truly be missed. “Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts”
