William Eton Benton

 William Eton Benton, 85, of Needville, TX., was born on August 16, 1939, and went to be with his “Lord and Loved Ones” on February 14, 2025. 

 Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21, 2025, from 9:30am to 11:30am with a religious service beginning at 10:30am, in the chapel of E.P. Compean Funeral Directors, 1223 6th St., Rosenberg, Texas. 

 Graveside service will follow in Needville Public Cemetery, Needville, TX. 

 William is preceded in death by his wife, Frances Benton; parents, Frank and Ada Benton; brothers, Frank Benton Jr. and Guy Benton; sisters, Peggy Wittneben, Marie Young and Delores Benton. 

 He is survived by his loving daughters, Sherry Benton, Donna Weishiemer and husband Randy; 3 grandsons, Randy Weishiemer Jr., Matthew Benton and Noah Weishiemer; along with numerous nieces, nephews, friends and many other loved ones.
